Care and maintenance :

The equipment used in the petroleum and chemical industries should undergo regular maintenance based on the inspection cycle.
If the medium inside the equipment is highly explosive or corrosive, it should be inspected and maintained at least once a year.
For plate heat exchangers used in other industries, it is recommended to perform maintenance every three years if there are no leaks.
Cleaning of the plate
Chemical cleaning method:
Circulate a chemical solution through the heat exchanger to dissolve and flush out the fouling on the surface of the plates.
Mechanical cleaning method:
After disassembling the plates, manually scrub them using a brush.
Comprehensive cleaning method:
For cases where the fouling layer is hard and thick, the comprehensive cleaning method involves softening the fouling layer using a chemical method and then removing the fouling layer using a mechanical method, ensuring a clean and debris-free surface of the plates.
